Oil lubrication is good for ceramics, but if you use grease lubrication on ceramics, you usually can’t tell much of a difference.
Anyway, the finish is neat so there’s no problem with installation. Okay.

I’m not sure about the durability yet. The BBQ installed on Scott Foil feels better in terms of cloudiness than the original BBQ. So I repurchased as an extra.

Purchased this to replace bb on a scott scale. the stock bb had tons of drag and was loose ball bearings. installed this one, along with the spacer that was on the stock bb, and it is a vast improvement from stock. no binding of bearings. spins very smoothly. overall, very impressed with the quality. even down to how smooth the threads were cut on the bb.

Does not fit the 2014 tcr advanced sl frame due to the internal step for cable routing which interferes with the bb threaded sleeve. wish there was a list of frames listed that it supports.

Seems like very good quailty. Sadly it doesnt fit in my canyon grail as the frame has an internal step. This means that the diameter at the entrance of the frame is 41mm but smaller in the middle of the frame. Very frustrating but not the fault of the seller. Judging the feel of the bottom bracket i would reccomend.

Decent, but dimensionally not ideal, that’s why only 4 stars. Outer flange has about 2.1 mm vs. 2mm in original shimano bb. This means that after mounting it complete bottom bracket has 92.2 mm width and shimano crank axle sticks about 0.2mm to little for securing washer to be installed properly. After some massaging and making sure everything is seated correctly i managed to make it work, but it was not plug and play. Also, there is very little grease in the bearings and no grease between bearings and plastic dust washers. Bearing seal is basic so lack of grease will destroy it in matter of weeks.

Tolerances not very precise, the 24 mm Shimano axle barely fits into the plastic housing, to the point that I had to replace it using spare parts from another movement. For the price paid, it’s still a decent product but certainly not the best.

Fits perfect in my frame. First you press in one side then screw the other part with bsa-tool. Runs smooth after 1000km . The alu-body is well machined, the quality of the bearings will be seen in the future.
